Nice selection and prices, and really good service (low key but friendly and attentive). We ordered off the specials menu -- a healthy cut prime rib and a roast turkey dinner. Better than chain restaurants off exits north and south of Kensington along Rte 3!

Hadn't been there in years since I moved. Staff still warm and friendly as ever!! Ambience warm and comfortable. Wide array of choices on the menu!! Food was perfection. I really enjoyed my luncheon today. It was like going home!!!

Ate there last night. Excellent food. Filet Mignon cooked perfectly! Fantastic desserts. Had 'Jessica' as a waitress and she was fantastic. What a great night.

The fries here are amazing. Thick like home made fries but crispy and flavourful. The staff here are a delight too and it's easy to tell why there's always plenty of cars parked up at lunch and dinner time. I'll definitely be coming back here for lunch again.

Great old world place. Michelle is a wonderful bartender. (Sundays) Not fancy and that’s perfect. No pretty, not chic, authentic and outstanding. One of the best meals I’ve had in a while. Go ahead, sit at the bar, you’ll enjoy it. Nothing to look at from the outside.

Chose this restaurant because of its high ratings and boy does this place deserve 5 stars. For starters restaurant is so cute and unique. The waitress we had who was also a bartender was outstanding. She was funny, sweet and a great waitress. The food was excellent. We got there just before closing and they were happy to serve us. I know my family will definitely be coming back here whenever we are in the area.

So if you want rustic warm and cozy this is the spot. We went and they had an actual piano man who was fantastic. The dishes are always piping hot and made to perfection. We have gone five times and Everytime we leave 100% satisfied. We got stuffed sole, mussels, and I can't remember the name but I got a seafood everything dish scallops,mussels, clams,shrimp, lobster, calamari (I think) all In a delicious broth with a large piece of garlic bread and a side of linguini and we ended with a piece of cheesecake...which I loved so much I asked for the name of the place that makes it you have to try this place!!! Also the bar is gorgeous.

Had a friends little get together and I had the shrimp scampy, oh so good, the shrimp were fresh and jumbo, the sauce was delicious and the calamari we had for an appetizer was so good as well. First time at the Milepost, pass by it nearly everyday and finally stopped, oh I was so glad I was a passenger that night, if you are 21, you must try the pomegranate martini or the lemon drop, so very, very good.
